Something I have learnt today

I have a load of washing in the trolley, washed and wet and waiting to be hung on the line. But it's been raining all day - since not long after I turned the washing machine on, in fact - so the washing isn't going anywhere. Just as well it's a public holiday tomorrow, or I'd have nothing to wear to work.
