Out and about
Aug. 7th, 2007 10:54 pmThings seen on my walk this afternoon:
- a cocker spaniel watching me quietly from behind a bush;
- three pomeranians shut in an otherwise empty room, standing at the window and barking at a removal van outside;
- a unicorn hobbyhorse leant over a fence.
On my return from said walk, I found the World's Biggest Tabby Cat in the garden; not fat, but big. Miss Pink is no small cat herself - she's a long, lean beastie - but he was half as tall as her again. I know this because I got the chance to see them next to each other when she chased him off the property. I noted, though, as I have before, that she waited until she knew someone was watching before she did her heroics. I'm never sure if she wants an audience or backup.
