Things I am not sure about
Feb. 24th, 2010 11:21 amI bought a bottle of washing liquid yesterday. Clothes washing liquid. That doesn't sound quite right, does it? Washing powder, yes, but this is in liquid form. Laundry detergent, I suppose is the term I want. Anyway. It was on my shopping list so I bought some.
I am fickle with my cleaning product affections. I get something different each time. Yesterday among the whites and blues and pinks and yellows of the packaging in the laundry aisle, my attention was caught by a black bottle. A bit of goth amidst the perkiness. Twilight Sensations, it's called, jasmine and black gardenia scented.
Only now I've got it home every time I see it I think I've bought a bottle of motor oil. Fortunately the product itself is white, because it would be just too weird, washing my clothes in black liquid.
It's only just occurred to me, too, calling it Twilight Sensations: is this meant to cash on the teen vampire market?
