Hamburger, deconstructed

Last year Masterchef Australia introduced the world to the deconstructed cupcake (known to lesser mortals as 'cupcake crumbled over a plate'). This year, they have unveiled the deconstructed hamburger (warning: contents of link may be distressing to people who like hamburgers). Personally, I would call that meatloaf in a forest. Poached meatloaf, at that. You can't really tell from the photo, but the pile of crumbs next to the poached meatloaf is a hamburger bun: toasted, frozen and processed to become, and here I quote, 'sesame seed bun soil'. I do not want this meal, ever.
