First thing: Everyone stop looking, I've found my kitchen scissors. They somehow found their way to the laundry.
Second thing: Has anyone tried samphire? It's available in the latest catalogue from the heirloom vegetable seed place. I've wondered before what it tastes like, so I'm tempted to get a plant. And if I didn't like it, well, there are plenty of other plants in the garden I don't eat, so it will have a few friends. Any thoughts on whether it's worth growing?
Third thing: You know I like reading Amazon's one-star reviews? Other people do too. I particularly like the person who thought The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe was just one big advertisement for Turkish delight.
Fourth thing: When I put my coat on this morning, I put my hand in the pocket and found a plastic pink bird. I swear I have never seen it before, so how did it get there?
