A Knight in Paris
Jan. 23rd, 2015 08:58 amHere is a design for an office. I am all for alternatives to cubicles and sitting, but I don't think that particular set-up is conducive to actually getting work done. Is it meant to be a workspace, though? Or just a quiet sort of reading area? Hmm. (If you do click that link, make sure to click through to the art gallery's irritating website. I suspect it is trying to make us look at things differently, but it's really just... dizzying.)
It was bubble-making day at the child care centre next to my office. We could see them drifting up from their garden, over the fence, past our first-floor windows and away. The bubbles, that is. Not the children. They were enormous. The bubbles, that is. Not the children. The children could have stepped inside the bubbles. I was a bit envious. I'd much have preferred to be blowing giant bubbles than preparing for an audit.
