Food for Love
Dec. 28th, 2017 06:57 pmThe end of 2015 was when I quit my job but my boss talked me into staying after making me take extra time off; 2016, that was just after I really did quit and was looking forward to a proper rest; 2017, now, I'm starting to feel a little bit anxious. This is the third year in a row that I have no idea what the new year will bring. I mean, I suppose we never do, do we? But other years haven't been quite so up in the air.
Something I would like to do in 2018 is a year-long project. A few years ago I took a photo a day. Another year I threw out one thing every day. Something like that. Not necessarily every day, though. Read a book from every country in the world? (That would be a multi-year project.) Maybe picking a recipe book and cooking everything in it? Perhaps this is the year to splurge on a copy of Be Bold with Bananas?
