Defective sunflowers
Feb. 8th, 2010 01:40 pmJoan Next Door heard me in the back garden yesterday and called: 'I've just been out the front looking at your sunflowers. They're lovely!'
Well she might admire them. They spend all day looking over the fence into her garden. I thought they were meant to turn their heads with the sun? Because they're not doing that at all. I only ever see their backs. Hmph.
According to a form I filled out in a shop today, I am in the running to win $1,000 worth of pyjamas. That's a lot of pyjamas. Possibly more pyjama than I need.
