My Salmonella Custard

Front page news this morning: a local bull has just been sold for a new Australasian record price: $91,000 (for reference, this is about the same in US$/£57,000/€67,000). That's about five times what my car is worth. More, even. Probably not as easy to drive, though.

At some point I have written this in my notepad: Salmonella custard! But I can't remember why. I have to assume I wasn't going to make it.
