todayiamadaisyToday I made an owl. Yes, it's all go here. It's one of these little owl boxes, in case you want to whip one up yourself. It looks delightfully fierce. On an unrelated note, guess the subject of today's photo of the day.
To make the owl, I had to get out my bottle of Tacky Craft Glue, whose label claims that it is 'ideal for glueing'. That's a useful feature in glue, I always find.
What else? I bought some new moisturiser today. On the back of the bottle it lists the ingredients of Our special blend: C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate, Ethylexyl Methoxycinnamate, Glyceryl Stearate and a lot more in the same vein. When I think about artisans poring over vats of special blend, wondering whether to add a drop more ethylexyl methoxycinnamate, truly, I well up.
Earlier in the week, I installed Fences on my computer at work. I liked it so much, I have just installed it here at home too. I do like a tidy desktop.
