Love and the Marquis

todayiamadaisyI've had a busy weekend playing with sample pots of paint. What do you think of these, f-list?
Although we agree on white (sorry, Fair Bianca Half) for the trim, my landlady (generally known in these pages as my mother) and I are having a disagreement about the wall colour. I prefer the blue (Pale Lilac). Actually, I'd like a more aqua blue, but Pale Lilac was as blue as she was prepared to go. She was only humouring me, though, because she has her heart set on pink. She chose the darker pink (Elusive Mauve) and I convinced her to try the paler version too (Elusive Mauve Half). And the winner was Elusive Mauve Half. Personally I think with pink walls and white trim it will look like I live on Lollipop Lane, but, eh, I don't own it. At least I don't have to do any more painting myself. Small mercies.
