And then thinking about the article made me cross, because why is it in the "women" section of the paper? Is it so we can laugh at them, or are we supposed to be understanding?
I was trapped in a special circle of hell today. I need a new copy of our certificate of incorporation from the Department of Justice's Consumer Affairs division, so I went to their website, which clearly said "For enquiries about obtaining certificates of incorporation, ring this number". So I rang that number only to hear a recorded voice saying, "For enquiries about obtaining certificates of incorporation, check our website". That has to be someone's idea of a joke, surely?
